Step 1: Enable Location Services

To allow the system to show you the closest stock availability, ensure that Location Services is enabled on your device:

  • On Mobile:
    • Go to your device settings.
    • Navigate to Privacy > Location Services.
    • Ensure location access is enabled for your browser.
  • On Desktop:
    • Open your browser settings.
    • Navigate to Privacy & Security > Location Permissions.
    • Allow location access for the Rawvolution website.

Enabling location services helps the site sort stock availability closest to your current location, ensuring accurate results.


Step 2: Navigate to the Product Page

1. Visit the Rawvolution Online Store and browse for the product you want.

2. Click on the product to view its Product Details Page.


Step 3: Locate the Stock Availability Section

On the product page, you will see an Availability section. This section provides information about stock levels at different branches, sorted by proximity to your location.

Example:

  • Thornton (Main Office) - WC: Out of Stock
  • Kensington - WC: Out of Stock
  • Gauteng - JHB: Stock Available

Review this section carefully to ensure the item is in stock at a branch in your province or nearest location.


Step 4: Confirm Stock Availability Near You

1. Look for the branch or location in your province (e.g., Western Cape, Gauteng, etc.).

2. Confirm the stock status:

  • Stock Available: You can proceed to add the item to your cart.
  • Out of Stock: This means the item is not available at that location.

Step 5: Add to Cart

Once you’ve confirmed the stock is available at a location in your province:

  1. Select the quantity.
  2. Click Add to Cart to proceed.

Important Notes

  • Avoid Adding Out-of-Stock Items: If you add an item from a branch outside your province where it’s out of stock, you may encounter issues at checkout, including:
    • Inability to complete the order.
    • Delivery delays or pick-up errors.
  • Troubleshooting Location Errors: If the availability information isn’t displaying correctly:
    • Ensure Location Services are enabled.
    • Refresh your browser or clear your cache.
