To return your eligible product, you should contact us at rawvolutioncpt@gmail.com for return instructions.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping
costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be
deducted from your refund. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you,
may vary.

 

Rawvolution offers two convenient methods of delivery: ● Courier- We deliver directly to your home or office, anywhere in the Western Cape ● Collect- You can choose to collect from a Rawvolution agent near you. Collections ● In store pick-up is available Monday to Friday between 9am and 5pm. An email will be sent to you when your order is ready for pickup. ● All orders placed for collection may take up to 48 hours to be prepared. Courier ● All successful orders will be shipped within 24 hours. ● Delivery costs will be calculated automatically when processing your order. Costs will be determined by the weight of your order and the distance from the main hub to your chosen delivery address. ● We will work with you to arrange contactless delivery. ● If you received an incorrect order, you have 24 hours to notify us via email. ● Corrections will be processed in the same time frame as a usual order. General If a product goes out of stock, it will reflect as such on the website or will no longer be visible on the website. We do our best to prevent sales of products that are out of stock, but due to the digital nature of our business the opportunity exists for an item to go out of stock after an order is placed. If you have already ordered the product on the website when it goes out of stock, we’ll let you know. You will then have the option to be refunded or credited for any amount already paid by you, or you can wait until the product comes into stock again.
