Refund policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at rawvolutioncpt@gmail.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.


Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.


Returns/Refunds (if applicable)
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

All raw dog food and treats are sold “as is”. You assume the responsibility for your purchase, and no refunds will be issued or exchanges if you decide to not want an item. All Sales are final due the the perishable nature of our products.

We will accept returns on the following basis:
1.Wrong order received
2.Goods are damaged
3.Goods are spoiled
4.Not received frozen


If a product is damaged or spoiled when you receive it, you must inform Rawvolution Cape
Town within one working day of receiving it. We will then make arrangements for a replacement product to be sent to you on our account; or to refund you in full for the damaged or broken
product. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have
received your returned item. In the above case then a credit will be applied and if customer is not happy with a credit then a
cash refund will be processed within a certain time frame. If you receive the wrong product you must
contact Raw Cape Town within one working day. We will check our system to see whether an error has occurred. If there was an error, we will arrange to exchange the ‘wrong’ product for the one actually ordered, on our account.

The proof of purchase (receipt/invoice) shall accompany all claims.

Return Policy
At Rawvolution Cape Town we do what we can to ensure you are satisfied with our pet food.
If you are dissatisfied for any reason, please contact us at rawvolutioncpt@gmail.com within 48 hours of receiving your delivery. If you feel the food arrived at an unsafe temperature, we require that you send us photos of the product within 3 hours of receiving the shipment. The delivery time is determined by what is shown on the shipper’s website.
Depending on the circumstances, we may, in our sole discretion, replace all or part of the food at our expense, or provide you with a refund or a replacement for the food.

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded
